Hotels location was really good and you can walk out the hotel lobby door and you'll only be a 10 minute walk from times square. Theres subways everywhere around you aswell so you'll never be stuck for transport. The hotel itself is very nice. Bedrooms were lovely and cozy with cleaners available daily. Bathroom was nice also. Theres a lovely restaurant on the 7th floor aswell

I like the location. Close to the many area including wall green that sell anything you need as a traveller :)). I like the bed but not my room coz not the city view :). Overall it all nice.

Great location if you're visiting NYC. Had some nice warm cookies on arrival. They were very accommodating with baggage so even though we were early for check in, we could go and explore the city. We could also leave the bags when we checked out and pick them up later.

I had a limited view of the buildings next to me. My room was 403. I didn't book for a view, so I was satisfied with seeing the office buildings. I encountered two issues with the room and management worked with me to remedy the problem. I always appreciate the staff members like Ivan and Tamesha ( I think that correct) who I feel go above and beyond to assist customers. I also feel the manager assited me promptly with an issue, and I appreciated the easy interaction to resolve the problem. Hilton Double Tree on 5th will always be my go-to hotel because of the location, the price, and the FRIENDLY STAFF. It is a fabulous location.

Location, Location, Location - So convenient to all attractions. Took the Subway from JFK to the hotel. We arrived a lot earlier than the check in time, but the Team were amazing and allowed us an early check-in. Opposite Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Centre. Walking Distance to to Time Square and Central Park. Took the Subway to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal (Free way to get close to the Statue Of Liberty). From there, we walked to the WTC memorial, and from there, walked to the Brooklyn Bridge. Didn't use all the facilities a the hotel, but appreciated the suggestion by the Staff to top up your water bottle at the Gym. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visit NY again.

Location was great across the road from Radio City and a few blocks from Central Park. Room was well appointed, staff were friendly and helpful
